What we collect

When you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include, such as your phone number, business details and website address.

Why we use it

To reply to you, carry out the free website check you asked for, and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or the contract with you once you become a client.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the providers that run our email and website hosting (such as Cloudflare and Google), and our accountant or HMRC where the law requires it. We never sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@1stchoicedigital.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
